Our Meditation workshop will teach you how to tame the Monkey and settle your mind to become more productive and present. This workshop will provide you with a sampling of four different types of meditation techniques to deepen your current practice or teach you new ones. Attendees will leave the workshop feeling focused, clear-minded and ready to attack the day.
Yoga has been proven to reduce stress and provide the necessary tools to improve mind/body connection. In our Benefits of Yoga workshop, we will outline the basic concepts of Yoga. This is a 60-minute interactive workshop where attendees will learn different chair poses that can be done at their desks anytime! Attendees will leave the workshop feeling less pain, relaxed, and more connected in the present moment.
We have been hearing about mindfulness more and more and how we can use it to improve our day-to-day experiences. What even is Mindfulness? Join us for this workshop, where we will answer the question, outline some basic mindfulness practices, and learn techniques to activate a mindful life.
Join us in this exploratory workshop where you will learn how breathwork literally rewires _your mind. We will learn some breathwork basics, do some different practices, and have a Q and A at the end of class. You will leave having some real tools that you can use every day of your life to help regulate your emotions, stress, and anxiety.
